Been thinking a lot about the point Sherrilyn made on Amicus, that the court doesn't need big rulings to let Trump destroy the govt and democracy. They'll just use the shadow docket to give him free reign "temporarily" then the damage will be impossible to undo. E.g. there will be no more Dept of Ed
