also she isn’t supposed to be jumping, bc of her stitches, but she found the strength to jump onto my bed while I was asleep last night. she hasn’t left it since 💖

she’s doing better and better every day. the first couple were a struggle—she was in extreme pain and hated me for having to give her medicine—but now she’s lively & happy & purring more than I’ve ever heard before, lol. I think she finally realized that I was helping and not terrorizing her 😅

he said no one ever comes to his concerts (he’s majoring in music) so he sent me the live stream link so I could be in the audience 🥲

so she slept through the night! but she was in so much pain that she couldn’t stop trembling, even after the meds. she resisted them again this morning, but after a half-hour she was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed! she’s walking, eating, drinking, & no longer looks at me like she feels betrayed 😅

giving her her medicine is NOT an easy task. she seems so traumatized, it’s shattering my heart man 😭

her surgery was a success! they removed the mass and a couple of lymph nodes, and spayed her, & zero complications! I’ll be picking her up this evening!

I have two forms of meds for her pain—one a capsule, the other a tablet. she’s refusing to eat or drink anything atm, so I’m watering her via syringe. they told me I could mix the capsule in some wet food, which I’ve tried, but she just isn’t wanting to eat :(
