My mother passed away Sunday evening. We are all still sort of processing.
I missed a call from her on Friday, and I never got to speak to her again.
She'd been in decline for years, yet this still feels unexpected.
This sucks.

I did a three or four step progressively lighter drybrush (black prime, dark grey, light grey, white), then used Army Painters Peachy Flesh. I think in the end I thought it looked too..alive, so did some glazing with Mummy Robes, then finished with a light red wash

Oh man, I am SO tempted for this set! Just need to know if the Corsair unit can be converted to Word Bearers. Who couldn't stand to gain more legionaires, terminators and cultists?!

These are awesome, definitely grabbing some.
But...
Seems a wasted opportunity, perhaps. Could've been a 2-in-1 set, with the option of making Mutilators or updated Obliterators. Lots of kits are interchangeable, and these being only the one is weird.
