Does anybody use a standing desk? Would you reccomend them?

I have a very comfy (if not compact) desk set up but I do get quite frigid and fidgity from sitting in my giant ass gaming bucket chair all day. I feel like having the freedom to stand for an hour or so and keep working/playing would help?
