WE GOT HAIR!! but now I have no idea how to lower the poly count without trying to retopologize the hair, and each strand is still separate...so if anyone has tips on how to make it all one lowpoly mesh I'll take them but I'm fully prepared to just remake it all lol

This was an old animated DTIYS, I was so proud of it and still am! especially since I animated this in SAI, I still cant believe I've made more animations in SAI than I have in CSP lol

The trick I've found to be the most useful when designing a story's cast is not just to work them up in silhouette (ensuring that they read differently at a foundational level), but to start with literal shapes. You can more easily spot the means to differentiate similar components (like armor).
