Yeah and metaphor with a bar is still better, i used to frequent a nice bar where i just chatted with other regulars, and if it turned to shit i wouldnt want to support it with my money/just by being there, whatever, there's still plenty of bars under the sun

i get it but checklists or notes never worked for me, too much effort to sync real state with them.
ive fallen into having 200+ browser tabs organized in a tree and a dozen terminals. if something isnt there and and i dont remember it - it was not important

я тбх ленивая жопа и для меня мастхев это гриль/бутербродница, потому что можно сделать оч вкусные бутеры и подогреть ту же пиццу и в отличии от микроврлновки они не будут согги, а будут хрустящими

там сперва овощи с мясом варятся 2 часа и не требуют особо внимания, а потом пол часа картошка варится

а "паэлья" это по сути замороженная овощная смесь + курица + готовый бульон

меня тбх утомлял фастфуд и я могу понять почему это сложно и скучно.
лично мне помогли начать жить отдельно 2 вещи:
1. осознание того что можно делать полуфабрикаты и замораживать их (котлеты отбивные, болоньезе, демиглейз)
2. гриль, когда тебе совсем лень, но хочется чего то горячего съесть

personally i really disliked how they shoot it, it feels like packaged flatpack "auteur kino" "now with 10% more authenticityTM" but i can accept it as "it's not just a show about soulsucking corporation but it is also made by soulsucking corporation"

i bought hotswap version, and highly recommend it because you can swap switches when they break and i currently use gateron oil king, but there's still 3 switches for "mouse buttons" they are low travel reds and are soldered in.
