I had to google Cumbias 🤣. But I love a deep clean! It soothes me/ quiets my brain. Sometimes, you just need to do something that shows immediate results.

I like showing solidarity by wearing the same color or a pin. You can’t walk out without a cry of “they won’t even work with us, how disrespectful!”, but you can organize a live town hall immediately before/after, or at least go live on your own account. I echo comments re: interviewing real people
