I am very disappointed in today's statement from the Secretary of State for Work & Pensions, outlining the Government's decision not to compensate Waspi women, 6000 of which are my constituents.

The SNP allowed the Gender Pay Gap to increase from 2% in 2024, to 3.5% 2025, meaning women in Scotland continue to earn less than men despite working the same hours.
This is utterly unacceptable. I asked what the UK Government can do to narrow this gap for women across the UK.
