One of my favorite Heroclix figures. He's a genuine menace. Damage he can see is penetrating, even if he's not doing it. Great Quake and penetrating energy explosion.

I think it's worth noting that being undocumented in the country holds the same weight as a parking ticket or Jaywalking.
