In electronics, reliability = mean time between failures (MTBF).
For my post-GDP paper, I think I'll say legitimacy resilience = mean time between institutional failures (corruption, policy breakdowns, judicial breaches).

I was just reading about tunnel diodes and their negative differential resistance. In economics, could this concept be used to model sectors that amplify trust or non-market public value without direct fiscal input?

I'm becoming increasingly concerned that the chaos in the US could negatively impact the services that my company uses, so I'm looking at alternatives to MS 365 and Google Suite. Does @tutaprivacy.bsky.social or @proton.me have a roadmap for adding full editing for documents/spreadsheets?
