Acció Cultural i un grup de famílies recorren al TSJCV la consulta sobre el valencià i en demanen la suspensió

Acció Cultural del País Valencià (ACPV), Famílies pel Valencià i un col·lectiu de pares i mares del barri de Russafa a València han presentat un recurs davant del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de la Comunitat Valenciana (TSJCV) en què demanen la suspensió de l'orde de la Conselleria d'Educació que regula la consulta sobre la llengua vehicular que volen les famílies per a l'educació dels fills i filles a partir del curs 2025-2026. Els recurrents consideren que l’orde del Consell té com a objectiu “arraconar el valencià”, motiu pel qual es demana a l'alt tribunal valencià la suspensió cautelar de la consulta.
