#tomatoday25 Slow roasted a couple of lbs of Romas; honey garlic tomato sauce fermenting; 10 lbs of Romas in slow cooker making Italian sauce. Still have 12 lbs of Romas to process - probably going to try a small batch of roasted tomato sauce and then the rest straight up stewed tomatoes.
