It's not getting as much buzz, but Tomodachi life letting you actually make aro/ace miis in addition to being gay/bi is a nice addition. Plus the fact that you can have platonic housemates now, instead of that being exclusive to marriage is cool.

Square Enix better be officially translating the Avan manga (they aren't) if they are this consistent at trying to take down fan translations. Everything from Ch 1-30 has been taken down. 🏴☠️

I'm working on a Tier List Maker with as many Dragon Quest characters as possible in it. I currently have 389 characters but will add more later. Expecting it to be around 500 when I'm done lol.

OMG the Avan manga references Dragonlord's decision from the end of Dragon Quest 1! That's a really cool reference TBH, especially since some of Avan's designs are based on the original hero.

Dragon Quest is *very* active RN with 1+2 HD2D, 7 Reimagined, 10 Version 7 finale, & 2 ongoing manga (Mark of Erdrick translation + Avan). Now consider that all of that is BEFORE the 40th anniversary presentation. I promise on ever Slime's soul that DQ12 is coming lol.

I like how Dragon Quest retroactively worked DQ1+2 not having a day/night cycle into an actual lore. When they first released it was purely cause a cycle wasn't really considered then boom 3 not only introduces the mechanic but provides a lore reason for its absence in 1+2.

I beat Xenlon multiple times. I now have every PlayStation achievement for Dragon Quest 1+2 HD2D except collecting all Mini Medals, one other that I think is glitched, and OFC the Platinum. I'm pretty confident in saying I am done and satisfied with both games. 💜
