Heya folks, I've watched 3 more movies, The Evil Dead (1981), Labyrinth (1986) and Pet Semetary (1989)

The Evil Dead and Pet Semetary were a rewatch, but Labyrinth was new to me, because I don't think I watched it as a kid. TED is excellent, but I thought Labyrinth and PS were ok.

Heya folks, I've watched another 3 movies, The Sixth Sense (1999), Rosemary's Baby (1968) and The Parallax View (1974).

All three were fantastic movies. I saw TSS when I was a kid but it's more impactful as an adult. RB is super messed up, and TPV is an excellent political thriller.

Ohhhh, that may be why as well. I'm running the game at 2560x1080 resolution, which is the native resolution for my monitor, which likely improved the overall quality as well. Back in the 90s it would have been running in a much lower/more pixelated resolution, so your memory is likely still good.

Oh, no, not at all! As far as I know, there's never been a remaster of the game. I'm playing the GOG version, though, which was added to their preservation program back in 2024 and was updated so it runs better on modern PCs, so maybe that's why?

Heya folks, these were the latest 3 movies that I've watched. Inferno (1980), The Final Countdown (1980) and Son of Dracula (1943).

Truth be told, I wasn't overly fond of any of these three movies. After watching the first 2, I took a break for 2 weeks, and watched the third today.

Heya folks, here's a 4th part featuring Freespace 2, this time as FS2 Open Source by Volition and Interplay.

A lot of people consider FS2 the pinnacle of space combat sims, and I honestly find no fault in that statement. It does a ton of things right, and it's fantastic.
