You can add accounts to a blocklist by pressing the three dots next to the follow button and clicking the third option in the list that appears. This brings up the list of blocklists you have created that you can add the account to. You can also add accounts by pressing "add people" on the blocklist's page. This button appears below the blocklist title and description. Depending on the size of the blocklist, it may take time to load in (longer lists take longer to load)

BLOCKLIST TUTORIAL

Making this because I keep seeing people accidentally make starter packs instead. Blocklists are made specifically in settings:
Blocklists are created in settings under "moderation" Settings can be accessed with the cog icon at the bottom of the list on the side panel In moderation, there is "moderation lists" which contain all created blocklists and blocklists the account is subscribed to. This is the third option down in the "moderation tools" section of the page. In moderation lists, there is a button at the top labelled "+New". Pressing this allows the creation of new blocklists which are stored on this page. The button is on the top right corner of moderation lists. Pressing it brings up the option to name the list, create an icon, and add a description You can also access created blocklists on your profile under "lists" This tab appears under the account bio at the very end of a list of tabs
