Yeah the clamshell is my favorite form factor. I'm also hesitant on getting Flip 2 because of the possible lock down, and the hinge seems to be pretty bad in it. Luckily my Anbernic devices and Steam Deck are all linux haha

Honestly i probably would have gotten this one if I didn't get RG Nano for so cheap. The clamshell design for a device meant to live in your pocket is a big bonus

Never heard of GPD XD! It reminds me of Retroid Pocket Flip 2, which I really want to get some day. And yeah phones are also very fitting for retro games, if you have an old one to spare for it. Those phone controllers are popular nowadays

It's interesting how I haven't really had any problems with it eve tho everyone seems to dislike it haha. At least playing Resident Evil Revelations feels natural with the c-stick. But that's a really cool mod nonetheless!

Anbernic RG Nano is such an interesting device. It fits in your palm but can play up to most PS1 games. It is mostly just a novelty item but I still like playing with it sometimes because it's just so cool

Yeah the DSi XL was understandingly advertised for adults haha, the smaller one is definitely better for kids. Luckily my hands fit well for both systems. DSi also does have a marginally bigger screen than Lite but not by much

Yeah they do look a bit blurry or too small on 3DS/2DS -devices haha. DSi XL is the best for them, a big screen and the games look so sharp, although the pixels are a bit chunky looking on it lmao. The pixel density is a bit better on a small DSi.

Thanks! I first had the G&W as a child and I got the DSi back in 09 (and a white DS Lite I got in 08 that I sold away years ago) and I've been expanding it ever since.

2DS XL is great though! It plays all DS and 3DS games and it can play a lot more if you mod it.
