Also, I am very excited to get away from work for a month to go on paternity leave. It’s felt like NONSTOP complications the last two weeks, all right before I am supposed to go on leave, and it’s just been grating.

And the results are already speaking for themselves. Every time I look in the mirror, the person looking back is incrementally better. I haven’t felt this good, and been happier with my appearance and the results, in ages. Consistency has been the biggest key. Just keep moving and do better each day

Been 2 full months of this, and I’ve consistently lost 1lbs a week. I’m not eating anything boring, hell, we still eat out pretty much 1-2 a week. Every meal is home made, delicious, filling and all around good for you. Idk who kept telling me this shit had to be boring.

I really hate to admit it, but getting in better shape really does boil down to being in a calorie deficit & moving your body.
I’ve been body re-comping, going to the gym 5 days a week, eating a protein surplus & an overall calorie deficit & I’m building muscle like crazy and down 1lbs every week.

Absolutely insane that I ACTUALLY thought about getting a part time job, just to try and make an extra $1K a month, when I’ve made nearly $7K this month from Pokémon cards, 3D prints and stickers.

Pokémon Ambrosia (Crystal Mod), has been really fun so far and I’ve only beat the first gym. It’s a complete overhaul with a new story. Some of the dialogue is a miss, kind of corny or too edgy, but the mechanics so far have easily made it one of the HARDEST Pokemon games I’ve played.
