It’s #DisabilityAwarenessDay in Kentucky, which means it’s a great time to point out that cuts in Medicaid funding will adversely impact many people who rely on waiver programs for services and supports.

Rep. Hal Rogers has wanted another prison in eastern Kentucky for years. Local and national activists say the new land owners have better plans for Letcher County.

Kentucky for the People. 🫶🏻
Psychologists can have many different areas of expertise. Mine is in neurodiversity and developmental disabilities, so I feel uniquely qualified to say that RFK Jr’s crusade to reduce the prevalence of autism is not going to reduce the prevalence of autism. It’s just going to lead to underdiagnosis.
