Oh I forgot to reply! Thanks! I think when I animated it I was thinking about how attacks have to feel snappy when you're playing a game, so the animation has to service that
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
Ahh, I didn't know they'd done one!
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
Yeah that's pretty brutal. You'd want one or two on hand just incase as well but again, who has that kind of money!
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
Oh wow, I've always assumed it would scare the christ out of you. Did it damage the blade that time?
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
Do you guys know about the safety feature? I dunno how common knowledge this is
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
I've doodled this comic that I probably won't finish because it's too niche, where a hitman is on the phone to Sawstop customer support being like "Yeah I was trying to dismember a body but the mechanism kicked in"
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
Sorry Lucy, I've been meaning to reply to say I didn't even know those details, but I'm not even surprised. You can always assume there's some more bullshit going on behind the scenes
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
Honestly I've so little faith I doubt they care at all. I'd say the conversation they're gonna have will have lots of eyerolling
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
How is this any different to a fire fighter ignoring your burning gaff until you give them money? I might need surgery but like, I can't say for sure cause nobody will tell me!! If Joe Duffy hadn't retired I'd be straight on the phone to him

My GP is once again trying to charge me €65 to read results to me! I've refused again on moral grounds. I've been sick for 12 years, so many doctors have fobbed me off, so now I'm gonna be a pain in the arse

It’s a "crisis" when immigrants "take jobs away", but "innovation" when machines do. Funny.

I'd settle for a response right about now!
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
We've had some feedback from comics people that they kept missing the extremely narrow window that the application used to be open for, so now there should be less pressure on that front
drawboyseanie.bsky.social
ICYMI our application process has changed! It'll be open for 24 hours, with comic creators prioritised!

✨Let's see more comics at the comics festival! ✨

I animated this a year or two ago and finished it over the weekend when I felt so ill that I couldn't concentrate on much else, but for some reason animation clean up was grand

I was so near the end before it really registered with me that Chuchu's looked a lot different in Windwaker, oh well!

But people do literally phrase it as praise for the politicians and it's obviously because they don't know what they're really like

When I see the rest of the world fawning over the Irish government for something they've done, in this case making the basic income for the arts permanent, which is undoubtedly a good thing, I do feel the need to point out that they're a bunch of shites who don't make a habit of doing good things

A small fire at the front of the bookshop was started last night after rubbish bags that were awaiting collection were set on fire. The guards don’t have reason at this time to believe it was a targeted attack. Thankfully the damage was limited and everyone is safe. We are open for business as usual

Hah, he was living in England which made it more difficult but like, world's smallest violin. We even found the next tenant, It was someone Becca worked with who wanted to move up from Cork but couldn't make it to viewings, and yerman was entirely ungrateful

It always cheers me up to think about when we told our landlord we were leaving early because we bought a house and he said "Oh, well done" through gritted teeth because it meant he'd have to find someone new

The reveal I want to see is that Jim Gavin's tenant was CMAT.
