I worked there in the 90s. They have done a lovely job and urge anyone interested in the Kingdom of the Isles to get a hold of the book published by the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland. The Archaeology of Finlaggan, Islay is available from the online shop

Lucky enough to be at the opening of this exhibition at Queen's Gallery, Holyrood Palace. Fascinating overview of photographic techniques over the last century. Would have benefitted from more photographs in Scotland and some imagery or artefacts of the cameras they used at the time
