Trump and Mike Johnson call it a tremendous success: We could have extended ACA subsidies, but chose $75 billion for ICE instead!

Because who needs affordable medicine when you can have extrajudicial killings?

Priorities!

They promised to bring manufacturing back. Instead, they made consuming anything—whether it's made here or abroad—more expensive. That's not a jobs plan; it's a family budget demolition plan. #TrumpflationSucks.

One thing is for sure: Republicans won’t be able to run on Trump’s economy in 2026.

But Democrats absolutely should.

📌 Job openings are plummeting. Openings fell to about 8.8 million, the lowest level in roughly three years.

Trump's economic plan seems to be raising prices for most of us and cutting health care access so he can help out his billionaire friends....many of whom are sexual predators like him.

How is this making America great? I am confused. And angry.

Healthcare costs are up! Childcare costs are up! Food prices are up! Trump has NOT kept his campaign promises to lower costs. Trump's policies are costing families, businesses, our economy, and our democracy. #TrumpflationSucks

Back-to-school shopping was a nightmare.

Clothes, shoes, backpacks—all hit with new import taxes.

The administration is literally taxing your child's new sneakers and notebooks.

This is Trumpflation, a manufactured cost-of-living crisis.

Tariffs are showing up on your bill hidden in the price of products that are significantly higher now than they were before tariffs. Imported agricultural machinery cost more. Businesses aren't taking the big hits; they're passing most of the tariffs to customers/consumers.

On May 9, 2024, oil billionaire Harold Hamm hosted a closed-door Trump fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago. He told oil and gas execs Trump would fast-track drilling and pipelines, roll back pollution rules and clean energy, and deliver huge tax breaks—for $1B in donations. They took the deal. #DefundOligarchy

Trump talks about strong borders, but his policies are creating a crisis on our farms. By decimating the agricultural workforce, the cost of fruits, vegetables, and dairy is shooting up. Your salad is more expensive by design. #TrumpflationSucks for consumers and farmers.

This is the cost of his instability, and we’re all paying for it. #TrumpflationSucks

Unemployment is ticking up. And it has everything to do with Trump's misguided, cruel, & lawless policies. He is crushing economic and job growth in so many ways (like tariffs, gutting healthcare, deporting farm and factory workers, and scaring business with heavy handed ICE actions).

#TrumpFumbled
Big picture: Unemployment is up half a point over the past year, suggesting that we're falling behind. Not a panic button, but definitely a warning light. Add in falling vacancies, spiking initial claims, and falling quits, and the dashboard is lit like a Christmas tree.
