Went to see the nurse this morning for my flu jab had my blood pressure checked which was ok and I have managed to lose two stone in weight really pleased just by cutting back.

When I was 15 a School friend lent this Album l was Hooked onto the Moody blues straight away think it was Mike Pindars Mellotron added something to the texture of the music been a fan ever since I still have the original LP.
