Not a believable misspeak. For a President of the United States to not notice the word Russia emanating from his own lips is not a misspeak. It’s obvious cognitive impairment. And he didn’t even know he said it. When you misspeak you hear it and correct. He just blabbed on. Don’t under estimate it.
