so PC froze again when opening firefox while streaming
and ofc the GPU was "broken" again by windows. i am thinking it might actually a CPU issue and the GPU "breaking" is a red herring of that issue. i could remove my undervolt that i have but it has been stable all the time. worth a try tho.

so after setting up a few things with group policy and regedits
I HOPE that i dont crash anymore. or atleast that windows doesnt "kill" my driver anymore.
did a few tests yesterday with a friend and it seems stable.
