I paint on my kitchen table and frequently have pieces taking up counter space while drying. It makes cooking a bit more difficult sometimes. Does anyone else have this experience?

I used to paint very detailed designs with lots of elements that would take me weeks to complete. As I've gotten older, and my ADHD has become more pronounced, I've had to reduce the complexity. Now I'm much happier making a less complicated piece that only takes a few hours.
