Love this: Mamdani’s new campaign video opens with him eating from a bag of Herr’s Sour Cream potato chips.

Has anybody ever done a study about how many shows, concerts, and appointments are missed because of NYC subway delays, reroutings, and cancelations? In that study, they should ask if people were aware of those blockages before entering the subway.

Thoughts on Bill Maher’s interview with Billy Joel (golden opportunity if there ever was one):

1) He’s musically semi-illiterate.

2) He needs to shut up after asking a question.

3) You don’t tell Billy Joel what to do.

4) He’s very annoying.

It may seem this way to The NY Times but not anybody else I know — including me. As a matter of fact, all the Sunday morning talk shows were all over it.

Bizarre CNN segment — they said there was a highly viral video from Coldplay concert where somebody got caught on kiss cam but “couldn’t confirm”who it involved, so they just showed Chris Martin footage.

Astronomer CEO Andy Byron already confessed in a public statement yesterday afternoon!!

There should be an official ban on all articles that feature lists and have the words “so far” in their headlines.

We are halfway through 2025 and these have got to be some be some of the most wasteful click-bait-y laziest articles in the journalism universe.

What Trump tax bill?

Bloomberg reports this remarkable statistic that says a lot about how people are receiving news:

A 6/27 poll from Priorities USA finds that 48% of Americans haven’t heard about Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill.

NYC’s mayoral race is shaping up to be a flat-out class war between the rich and everybody else.

If corrupt and incompetent Eric Adams is re-elected, most New Yorkers are going to be very angry at the system and who is running the show.

Nobody wants to visit Trump’s America. On my United flight from Berlin to NYC, at least one third of the seats are empty.

The NY Times’ illustration accompanying their erectile dysfunction article is as subtle as a sledgehammer.

Get a load of this:

Barrons says the yields for long-term Apple debt are higher than the 10-year Treasury.

Apple has a better bond rating than the US.

I just received my first e-mail from a major NYC theater asking for a donation to make up for the pulled NEA funding.

“We were counting on this money, but the government’s action won’t stop us.”

It is hard to believe what is going on in our country. Stunning and sad.

When the NYT is obsessed with a movie, they never stop writing about it, as if it’s the only movie around. This past winter, it was “A Complete Unknown.” Every conceivable angle, like squeezing water from a stone.

Currently, it’s “Sinners.”

I am incredibly bored with The NY Times finding a different Democratic politician every other week to profile or wrote a op-ed about how the Dems need to get in touch with real people.

It’s beating a dead horse already.

Each one is virtually the same.

Move on, please.
