@lizdye.bsky.social @andrewtorrez.bsky.social y’know, @olbermann.bsky.social pointed out that Kimmel’s contract is almost certainly pay-or-play. As long as Disney/ABC pays out what’s left of his contract, he has no contract grounds to sue. They don’t HAVE to give him a platform, just a check.
