So pleased to finally see action pinning the U.K. to the original scope and purpose of the Goodwin judgment. The UKs back door attempt to erode the meaning of legal gender recognition has to be stopped otherwise GRA becomes irrelevant.
ANNOUNCEMENT
This evening, 14/10/25 the Trans Advocacy and Complaints Collective and the Trans Exile Network have taken the next step in the struggle to restore the human rights, dignity & safety of UK trans people.
I get a degree of gatekeeping to the process as I would hate it if the GRC process were abused in some way but we have to find a balance where it's only used legitimately and for the benefit of trans people without making it unduly difficult.
It's effectively taking powers away from the panel and sets the legal precedent that courts can take decision making powers away from the GRA panel and make decisions for them. It's both good and bad as while it meant a GRC was granted it could also mean the inverse.
... however reproductive capacity and gender identity are two distinctly different things. There are trans men who either choose to have a baby before transition or even pause transition to do so before resuming and that should be their choice and right!
So pleased with the judgment! It's abhorrent that the panel would otherwise be effectively making it policy that trans people be sterile to get a GRC. Why shouldn't a trans person who can conceive choose to do so! I agree that pregnancy is a thing that only someone who was born a female can do...

It's abhorrent that it stretches into adults! The argument of 'pRoTeCtInG mInOrS' falls apart when you're removing choices from adults too! The daft scenario when a 16 year old could radically change their life by getting pregnant but a trans person can't access affirning care!
... a near impossibility, both blockers and cross sex hormones both reduce/stop male libido and taken in the longer term will stop the ability to obtain and maintain an erection and is usually irreversible. It's why even just hormones alone require extensive therapy due to irreversibility.
Ludicrous nonsense argument! Are there trans people who have the same genitalia from birth still? Yep, not out of choice however, it takes 2-3 years to get diagnosed and finally reach surgery, not all want surgery and that's fine. Thing is even with just blockers and hormones an 'erection' is...
I'm so pleased that the vile guidance has now been withdrawn and primarily because they know that organisations choosing to follow it are very likely to lose if sued for unlawful discrimination! Trans people and organisations supportive of them must keep up the pressure!
The only exception in U.K. law is if there is substantive evidence that wasn't available at the original trial however pretty much any evidence used in the original trial couldn't be used again so it would have to be hella convincing evidence!
When you say 'biological sex' I always ask what anyone even means! A post transition trans woman's breasts for instance are largely indifferent to any females and develop via the exact same processes as any women would in puberty and invoked by hormones.
... yet change is reproductive function, we're super close and certainly for trans women scientists have using stem cell research created a cervix and a uterus, we can already change chromosomes if we wanted to using bio tech like CRISPR that's already used to change peoples genes.
The term 'biological' when referring to sex especially as to trans people but really for anyone is a stupid term. For many trans people once post transition and post surgery they are essentially biologically the opposite sex! In fact largely the only two biological markers of sex we can't...
Mad that you can be tried more than once for the same crime in the US! Prosecutors get one shot at it in the U.K. if they fail to get a successful prosecution you can never be prosecuted again for the same crime. I thought the US had double jeopardy laws?
Frankly insulin should be free, even $11 is too much. We're talking about a drug that for a diabetic if they don't have they die! I believe the costs of pharmaceuticals should be socialised, I don't often agree with socialism but medicine is an area where it makes sense!
Countdown to Alex Jones bankruptcy in 3.. 2.. 1!
I think I did it right, I cancelled my Tesla order, cancelled my Starlink broadband and cancelled X, that's right isn't it? Maybe I need to cancel Elon Musk too? I mean heck his own daughter cancelled him! 😂🤣
As someone who has ran multiple e-commerce businesses I stopped using Royal Mail very early on, I did use the 48 hour option for very low value packages but anything else like timed services Royal Mail is hopeless! So many parcel carriers with a decent contract are cheaper!
And an accommodation provider and they're already getting scared as a recent GDPR data subject request demonstrated when I read communication between them! Best part is suing them is the most passive part of my plan, the media is next after that!
Am I being mean? Who knows! I've been abused by so many public sector bodies since relocating and I hate suing the public sector as frustratingly it only ultimately punishes tax payers moreso than the people who've abused me alas I am suing:
- Police
- GP
- Hospital
- Social Worker
I think it's awesome and hilarious! Can you imagine the optics if cops arrest a dinosaur! 🦖 😂🤣😂
Most of the population are either neutral or supportive to trans people, it just isn't a big issue to most peoples lives and not big enough in any way to sway how they vote! Hence most politicians standing on an anti trans platform never achieve anything!
... Frankly it's a lesson to other big corporates, stand up to transphobic bullies! They make big threats but are so small in number now that they can't achieve much!
... trans positive content that way! Glad to see Musk and the other transphobes look silly will it having had virtually no impact on Netflix, shares bounced back and just a handful of users actually cancelled, most will just end up restarting subscriptions!
