This year for me is about looking after body, mind & soul. I have always thrived in chaos & am best when busy, but I’ve been burying deeper needs to be kind to myself. I love hard on those around me but not on myself. I’m going to take little steps to change. Bring it on 2026!

My love for Poland runs deep, having 3 out of 4 Polish grandparents. But this filming has turned that love into a fascination & infatuation. I can’t thank @artywaldy enough for the experience. You’ll get to see the fruits of our labours soon in Nina & Waldy’s Adventures in Poland
