I’d just like to point out that these whistleblowers are acting ethically, morally, and heroically. We should all laud them for their bravery.

I’d just like to point out that these whistleblowers are acting ethically, morally, and heroically. We should all laud them for their bravery.

A thing I don’t think trump and hegseth realize is that the US has an economic Sword of Damocles hanging over it.
We owe trillions to other countries. Most of that debt is owned by the EU, the UK, and Canada.
Hard to act tough when your creditors call in your debt and bottom out your currency.

Now, he says it’s because he didn’t get a Nobel Peace Prize.

I see a lot of folks maligning #Machado for giving up her #NobelPeacePrize.
Personally, I think she’s just playing the game with the cards she has been dealt and looking out for the best interests of her people.
She knows the work that earned her the medal is more important than a hunk of gold.
