These past few days, I've been studying English with determination, but I ended up spending about half of the time learning how to study English. Starting tomorrow, I want to get back to actually studying English.

By limiting sleep to a short period, I become sleepy during the day, and my brain slows down, which helps blur the harshness of reality.
