I bought Wrestledream on Amazon, watched up until the Hangman/Joe match then went to watch the Liverpool game, since then realised that there is no replay option, was a bit pissed off, woke up this morning to an email from Amazon telling me they’d refunded my purchase. Didn’t ask for it but thanks

WWE tickets whenever they come over now aren’t cheap either. The Dynamite taping in December, the cheapest tickets are £31.50, I think WWE’s cheapest tickets for the same venue last year was around £80

$175? The same sort of ticket when they’re in Manchester in December are £297.80 before fees (approx $395), makes me wonder are we UK fans getting fleeced since we get less shows than US markets

I keep seeing things about HBO Max launching in the UK but I remember there was talk it was going to launch here years ago but then Sky renewed their contract for HBO content, so until it materialises I’m not holding my breath

With the deal they have with Sky (pretty sure there’s even a channel called Sky Max, original I know) I can’t see HBO Max ever launching in the UK as it would take a massive chunk out of Sky’s portfolio of shows

That’s fair enough mate, I’m not saying everyone should just blindly consume services out of some sort of loyalty as corpos don’t care about us, so you need to do what is right for you

My own personal logic is, when it’s no longer financially viable for me, that’s when I will cancel it. Until then, I’m keeping my subscription active

This goes for any service, be it Netflix, Prime, Game Pass, my concern is me, I don’t care about the corporations or how they’re doing

I’ve been subbed to Game Pass since 2017 and I’ve never paid full price for it, while I agree on principle it really isn’t a big deal to me personally

I see why some people are annoyed but I’ve seen a lot of whining from people who don’t even have an Xbox and have never used Game Pass either

I agree but now that cloud and PC is included on all tiers (they only used to be on Ultimate) they had to have some unique selling point and something to justify the price increase.

This is likely related to the recent backlash from ex-employees relating to Game Pass
