Couldn't get through it... I bought the Cliffs Notes and couldn't even get through that.
Remembering this recently I tried to read the plot synopsis on Wikipedia. Even that, 20yrs later, is still too long.

Contacting the people I sent this letter to, it turns out that the letter arrived 12/3. Great. The one feature of a Registered letter is the tracking and confirmation of receipt... which still shows it being delayed.

Good luck to anyone with a USPS registered letter going through Dallas apparently.... Was quoted Dec 1st as a delivery date "because it'll take a little bit longer with the holiday" ...and at the time, I thought she was referring to Thanksgiving. Now I wonder if she meant Christmas.

In Omaha, the Omaha Steaks are just called steaks. The brand makes sense in places with rougher quality beef, but it is literally nothing special. Maybe half a point higher than supermarket beef at a much higher price.
