I grew up under the authoritarian rule of this man. As I celebrate the fact that I no longer have to share the same air as him, I also grieve deeply for myself and every other child who was made to believe hitting is love and love is contingent upon obedience. May you never rest in peace Dobson.

Quick tip to rein in doomscrolling. ScreenZen allows you to set time limits on apps, to set a prompt for when you try to open an app (eg “Why are you checking), and will impose a delay in the app opening, all of which makes our use of tech more intentional (versus automatic) and boundaried.

Thank you for this important coverage. I have many friends employed or recently fired within the federal government, and the way they were/are treated is inhumane. These are smart, compassionate, dedicated people being treated like trash.
