Those classes are based on actual reasons, not random whims. Trans people on HRT are within the distribution for people with the same sex hormone. That's why we should not have trans categories - it is entirely a projection of prejudice, not something to do with fairness.

By doing exactly what they are doing - replacing all government staff with loyalists who will align local laws, court cases and procedures, and federal infrastructure to their Christofascist goals.
