ELASTA-Clip Plus TMVR Safe, Feasible for Failed M-TEER

ELASTA-Clip followed by transapical TMVR is a less invasive Tx for patients with failed M-TEER, with encouraging early results in carefully selected Pts. Preventing PVL and stroke is crucial. Prospective, larger, long-term studies are needed.
