At what point did Hitler become a fascist, by your reasoning? Was he a fascist when appointed chancellor in January or perhaps upon passage of the Enabling Act in March 1933? Or did fascism in Germany arise only with the Night of the Long Knives in 1934?

Trump making a corrupt bargain with RFK Jr. for his endorsement is more responsible than the two-party system. An actually competitive multiparty system would require constitutional changes, realistically too many structural impediments to a viable third or multi party system.
