Happy #tummytuesday. One thing they don’t tell you about losing 170lbs is the aftermath it leaves on your body in both positive and negative ways. My stomach is definitely an area I’m super self conscious about. BUT thanks to y’all and exposure therapy, I’m starting to build that confidence.
