Dear McCormick why have you redesigned your spice bottles so that it’s impossible to get the lid off if you need to measure them out by the spoonful which is mostly how I use them?

I wish winter was this temperature all the time. I would even allow all the snow lovers to have one good snow storm as long as it was warm again right after and it melted away quickly.

Took today off so I can bake pies today (still bitter that for 20 years I got today off and as of 2 years ago I don’t anymore), but first I’m going to see Wicked: For Good.

I don’t need anything for Thanksgiving dinner but I need to run into the grocery store just to buy bananas for my breakfast for the next few days. I have made a terrible mistake.

Dear people of the internet. Eat what you want. Watch the movies you like. Don't partake of the things you don't like. As far as I'm aware unless you're a small child no one is forcing you to eat turkey or pie or mac and cheese or watch Star Wars.

I'm going to watch it because I've come this far, but I cannot tell you how little I care about Stranger Things at this point. I honestly don't even know what is happening in that show anymore, and all the teenagers are like 30 years old now. The last good thing it did was bring Kate Bush back.

This is an excellent thread of the cuckoo bananas things that the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade has put out into the world, but this one might be my favorite. I love Shirt Tales as a kid. Did I remember it existed until I saw this? No, I did not.

One of the things I'm currently trying is eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals. As someone who is not much of a snacker between meals, I now feel like I am eating all of the time.

Ah time for me to add a whole bunch of books to my to-read list that I will never have time to read
Gotta finish 12 more books before the end of the year to meet my annual goal of reading 100 books. Now is when I start paying attention to how many pages a book is before I start reading it.

I was trying to put the cats’ dangly toy back in the closet because I need to leave, and Loki jumped up inside the closet trying to get it and totally sliced open my down jacket with his claws on the way down 😭

I know I don’t want to use this masters in Counseling I just finished and there are a lot of things I like about working at this bookstore, but I don’t want to work retail forever. What else can I do?

With all my current dietary issues, I probably should be eating the Charle Brown Thanksgiving meal of toast, popcorn, pretzels, and jelly beans instead of actual Thanksgiving food.
