We gotta game this weekend too. That’s where my focus been. I went to the rec today and there was a bunch of kids. I’m trying to get my players to come but that’s up to their parents. But I make myself available… I’m invested at this point.

I spent way too much these past few months. And folks asking what I’m doing for my birthday. To keep it a buck, I may catch a matinee then bring my ass home.

So I would ask... where is the growth occurring with today's music? For example, you can hear Trap influences in multiple genres. That's a recognizable change and a drastic one because at one point that wasn't the case.

Music is constantly evolving. What was big yesterday will always be exchanged for the next thing... the latest style. That doesn't mean the music prior to that is irrelevant. It's history. But music is a living thing. And like all living things it must grow and change with the times and its people.

And I had some things I wanted to change with practice before playoffs. I be forgetting to tell them to practice outside of practice. Their game will accelerate as long as they give it time. 45 minutes to a hour of straight focus.

I was so looking forward to tomorrow’s practice because we play my homeboy’s team this week, and his team be blowing people out lol. They played somebody last week and the score was 19-2.

Next year I need to make sure we practice at the rec center instead of the middle school. Way too many practices have been canceled because of the school being closed… plus the floor be mad slippery.
