It's nice to see the new taglines for my stories working. As in I've been told they're more interesting and a better descriptor with fewer words.
It's mostly nice because I went with, "this is how I'd describe these to my friends"... so they're not serious at all and that seems to be a positive.

It is pretty silly. It's possible they think one request is enough and maybe don't know libraries are charged more when buying books. The distribution sites suggest 5x your regular purchase price when listing for libraries. For ebooks. I'm not sure for print. Either way... they need reason to do it.

I wouldn't call it a 'career path' but I've tried to make a few things into a career. Turns out that's difficult to do with creative mediums, especially when you've not been able to get any degrees for the jobs in those fields that actually make money to supplement this fool dream you have.

Faerai dyes hers. The yellow bits are dye, her fur is naturally a bluish-purple like most Fyrni but as most also do she dyes sections of hers with homemade pigments. The color is important but only to her.

Fur gets trimmed but the vines don't. Both grow back but cutting vines for beauty's sake would be like cutting a fingertip off to make your nail look longer.
