I am totally planning on streaming again this week. It's been so long.

Freya's health took a turn in early January, but I'm delighted to report that her bloodwork last week came back totally clean! 🥳

We're really relieved and excited, and I can't wait to talk more about our journey on Wednesday 🐾💚

Skipping stream tonight as well, but for a much better reason - finally getting Freya started on treatment! She saw the oncologist today and we couldn't be happier to get moving. Getting her all set up and comfortable in the pen and just hanging with her tonight ❤️💚

I'm just thinking about using it as a browser overlay machine, so I *think* it should be able to handle it, but I'm not sure if I have a pi laying around that's new enough to be certain 😅 I definitely don't think I could use any of the pis I have for actual media though. I think the newest is a 3

I might move all my local server streaming stuff to a raspberry pi? Idk. I'm thinking it would prevent me from forgetting to run it locally, but also will probably be more of a pain to troubleshoot when something isn't working right.

I'm 100% sure I have enough extra pis to make it happen, easily 😂

This sweet girl was giving us the eyes so hard that we let her go hang with her dad while he plays Cities Skylines 2. She's so happy snoozing outside of the pen 💕🐾 love her to bits. She's been such a blessing in our home, and we'll do everything we can to take great care of her in this tough time.

Not streaming tonight; Freya got her CT scan today and we're still kind of processing the news. Definitely cancer. We are waiting on blood and tissue sample test results to see what type. She's in great spirits now that she's home 💚 just going to spend the night hanging with her as much as possible.

A bit absent here lately as my darling Freya is going through a tough time. We're seeing a specialist on Tuesday to figure out how to help her. Stream plans are mostly paused as we care for our sweet girl. Love you, Freya doll ❤️🐾

I did miss stream, but good news, Freya is doing much better. I was ready to rush her to the vet last night. She was really scaring us 😭 but she's back to her happy self this morning and we couldn't be more relieved.

Twitch efforts are kind of hosed right now; I tore apart my desk and set everything up to switch to a dedicated streaming machine, but I have to update a couple of the components before I can get going. I think I'll just plan to resume in 2025. (But still do a "kinda shitty" P3F this Wednesday! 😅)

I hate it when that happens. I find myself getting really frustrated at my ISP and just put off stream until later in the week to not carry that frustration into the game, lol. And then raise hell to the ISP 😂
