Happy #VirtualRunClub Day #RunningPunks. Did some IRL run club too, with a 10k loop with the Dengie 100 Runners then a repeat lap on my own. Well-served by today’s random playlist which delivered absolutely perfect tracks at critical points where I was flagging 🤘

Happy #VirtualRunClub Day #RunningPunks. Did some IRL run club too, with a 10k loop with the Dengie 100 Runners then a repeat lap on my own. Well-served by today’s random playlist which delivered absolutely perfect tracks at critical points where I was flagging 🤘
BoC #ParkRun time again #RunningPunks. Nice and easy today as there are still a few niggles. Definitely blaming the new work boots for changing my posture a bit this week. Need to do more stretches! Excellent random selection on the playlist this morning 🤘

Evening #RunningPunks. No chance to run for the last few mornings, so I went out for a long warm-up run before the Wednesday night Dengie 100 Social run. Managed to up my pace for the social, but my body had had enough by the final mile. Tunes on the solo section from Massive Wagons 🤘

Morning #RunningPunks. Beautifully frosty today. Spotted a fairly small but hardy and determined wading bird working the icy bank (a quick search suggests it might have been a Dunlin). Still just letting the random shuffle of the ParkRun playlist pick me some propulsion tunes 🤘
