No me neither! I think they are writing him this way. Before the accident he certainly sounded very unpleasant, juxtaposed with Brad. If they are savvy the SW won’t make him too stereotypical as I think he was at first. #thearchers

I guess on a human scale and not just a legal one there is the notion of forgiveness. But George hasn’t tried to make any amends, yet, when he does then he has a chance at forgiveness and a new start but if his family and friends keep soft soaping him he’ll lose the impetus to do so. #thearchers

George isn’t a good guy gone wrong, he’s been a wrong’un from the start aided and abetted by his morally dubious mother and grandfather. He’s only sorry he got dobbed in. And if anything his family is worse carrying on the ‘poor George’ line. He needs to meet Mick on a dark night! #thearchers

No he hasn’t. He was sentenced to 2 years. He’s done half. He and his family haven’t learnt anything, he needs to come up against the enormity of what he did to Alice especially. And how he almost got away with it, except for his maternal grandparents. He needs to make amends at least. #thearchers
