Believe me, people like to work if it provides them with a roof over their heads and food; and preferably the opportunity to raise children without poverty. Anything else doesn't work. Even fucking hamsters won't do anything if you make their lives miserable.

Kele is just a man. Perhaps if he were forced to live as a woman for a while, he would shed many of his prejudices.
It's probably worth mentioning the interesting fact that Vita's core is usually used only on women (cultists probably have their own prejudices?)

Azier chooses what is most comfortable in local society, as he can reconfigure his body, and initially has no gender at all.
He is also pansexual, and views gender as nothing more than set of biological / social differences, but avoids sex with women for specific lore reason.

Mor has been in many different bodies, and generally it doesn't matter much to him whether he is a man or a woman. But I think the current one is his established appearance and the last one.

He's pansexual (but has partner preferences that aren't gender-specific).
