I’d never say don’t give the military a bonus. Do it every year. But it’s kind of ironic that the only people getting a tariff “dividend” are the people hit the least by increased costs due to tariffs because they have access to base and post exchanges and commissaries that have lower prices.

We have a mailman who regularly decides to just not deliver things. Yesterday he decided to mark our Christmas card order delivered and then not deliver it. So our Christmas cards are just out there. Finding a home on their own I guess. So… Merry Christmas.

Went to a wedding in Mich a couple weeks before season started. Groom was ND alum. Told him we were going by the ND campus on our way back to Alabama. He said, “you will love the home of the 2025 national champion fighting Irish!”
Also the bride was a Bama grad.
