Every week, our bins are overflowing in East Brighton Park.
We've written to @brighton-hove.gov.uk today to request Big Belly Bins or help us find an alternative solution to this ongoing problem.

If you'd like to get involved, please come along. It's free to join us and we'd welcome help with conservation activities and to keep the park looking lovely. Email us at [email protected] to join our mailing list. We only send about one email a month with the activity and no spam!

Tree popping on Sheepcote Valley. A 'tree popper' is a tool that gets in under the roots of unwanted shrubs to remove them. We do this to stop brambles taking over. It helps increase the diversity of plants that can grow and creatures that can live here. It's hard work, but fun!

Swifts are going to be with us soon we hope. Here's a handy guide to bird silhouettes in the sky - for example, it will help you tell the difference between a Buzzard & a Red Kite!
