i think what's been really holding me back from releasing music is i forgot it was something i did as a form of therapy, today i just wrote a song and ran with it w/o thinking of stuff like whether or not it'd get big or be the best and i rly enjoyed myself n got a lot more done than usual

I know, I felt the same when my eldest left for college, and then also my youngest four years later. They still live in the same country, but I felt like dying when my eldest left for her study abroad programme. I still see them, but the empty nest starts all over again when they leave.

I have one daughter in the Midwest, one daughter in the Carolinas, and 2 stepdaughters who I practically raised now in France. The Empty Nest is WEIRD. I miss them all like crazy. 😔

Might be time to switch from #Windows to #Mac or #Linux? It's not as hard as you think. I went to Mac when Windows 10 came out. Very happy with Mac.
