This why fascists always try to destroy "trans ideology" first -- (which, by the way, is just their dogwhistle for destroying trans people. You cannot destroy an idea.)

Our ideology is one of freedom and personal autonomy. It rejects arbitrary classification. It declares that we own our own bodies.

"Cis ideology" categorizes the brilliant, multifaceted human expression of gender into rigid hierarchical categories in order to elevate cisgender men and subjugate everyone else.

Cis ideology is patriarchy, it is hegemony, and it is a necessary pillar of capitalism.

Of course, bigots will deny people womanhood just for belonging to other marginalized groups -- trans women are the obvious example, but fascists will never stop there.

Because "womanhood," has always been denied to all but those at the top of the racist, misogynistic, endosexual and cisnormative hierarchy endemic to capitalism.

White women get to be women, but only of they stick to the hegemonic ideal of a submissive and fertile provider.

In America, not being able to drive functionally locks you out of modern society. If you are a teenager, elderly, disabled, or simply too poor to afford a car, you cannot fully participate in life.
