Het is niet uit te leggen dat tienduizenden woningen leegstaan. Dat doen profiteurs van de woningmarkt bewust. Tijd voor een heffing en een leegstandsverordening zodat woningen die zonder goede reden leegstaan verhuurd worden. Meer huizen om in te wonen!

Dit huis in mijn buurt staat al tien jaar leeg, en het is lang niet het enige spookhuis
